Wow, Kiko, you are doing great! My weight loss is only about one pound a week. But, I grateful it is going down and not up. lol I have been working hard to eat enough of the foundation veggies each day. I don't know why I struggle with getting the 12-15 carbs out of my 20 carbs, in the veggies. I am working on it. If you're hungry maybe you need to add more protien, that is what holds off my hunger. You are doing great in your weight loss. Keep it up!
