I have decided that it is more important to me right now to get into good physical condition rather than to lose pounds. However, I have become obsessed with the scale and so discouraged not seeing it move. So, I have also decided that for the sake of my mental health, I need to take a break from this. I just started C25K last week and plan to continue working out five days a week. I have decided to stop calorie counting at the moment. I plan to eat until I am no longer hungry but not quite full and just see what happens. I will be back in one month to check in.
