Wooo! hat a workout today! I found some great strength and cardio workouts on tumblr that I can do in my cast. I am shaking right now because it was hard and then another 1 LB down!!!! I am hoping to be under 200 for thanksgiving but if not then then by Christmas! Taking on a family meal at grandma's tomorrow but I am going to protein up in the morning, do this killer workout and make good choices!
105.4 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 35.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Thanks all! I tend to work better if I have a plan. I don't always follow the plan but I give myself the guidelines and the goal!

Pretty good, minus too much sodium and not enough water. So now I am waiting for my body to balance out before I weigh myself again
