Today I woke up at 9:40am, I did little bit of workout through Kinect game Your shape Fitness Evolved. The system's calculated calories burned was 84 cal. Because I exercised with empty stomach, I was famished. I ate at 12:30pm. I had 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 cup noodle, blueberries with acai berry juice, and some water. After brunch, I took a shower then went out to a library by my car. I studied there for two hours, I came home around 3:40am. I laid down for few minutes, then I ate some snacks because I was feeling hungry again. I had 2 cups of green tea ice cream, 16 pieces of whole wheats biscuits, 4 cream puffs, and some milk. Now I felt full. And I will be eating some shabu shabu with noodles at 5:00pm. I counted what I had so far, and it seems that I ate 2430 calories worth of food today. I need to burn these calories away or I'll be exceeding required calories per day.
