We've been moving during the past week and being so busy and stressed has unfortunately lead to too much "convenience" food, i.e. McDonald's...sigh. I haven't weighed in for several days and am quite frankly afraid to. Perhaps that is why I have left my bathroom scale till the final load of items to be moved to my new home! lol
