you can do it. my weight goes up and down a little to. sometimes I know exactly why, sometimes its a puzzle. one thing is for certain, stick to better habits and healthy eating. get in some exercise and you will loose fat. remember muscle weights more than fat so when working out you may slow your weight loss but your size will go down.
