Well I am back down 30lbs and ready to lose some more. I am watching what I eat very closely right now and yesterday I did a 1hr walk away the pounds that had some jogging in it. It was fun. I am going to try to do it today as well. I may wait until bedtime to do it and do weights and abs before I start my day.
Yesterday I got a pair of cowboy boots, my first! I really like them and hope to continue to lose weight so I can wear those sundresses with them.
