OMG! I have a sister-in-law who is a gourmet caterer, and that is how she serves lamb - pretty rare. It's so delicious. That looks Fab!

Thx shirfleur! Hope you have an awesome Holiday Season🎄❣️ Don‘t be fooled by the color Jergens & Erika. This lamb was a perfect medium rare texturally. The reverse sear approach tends to make it look redder. Perhaps too rare for some but super lean cuts like tend to dry out when cooked to medium.
