Who woulda thunk... That a simple set of jumping jacks would have gotten so hard with age and obesity. Well you gotta start somewhere and who knows in a few days I may be up to two sets of the damn things :)

They are tough when you just start out again. You should try squats and lunges. I could barely walk the next day, lol

Walking is a good start too..

I think I'll hold off from those for now. After all a squat requires you to get back up, could be an issue :)

Thanks Bren, walking starts tomorrow as I joined the 50 mile challange. Another what was I thinking of moment!
