Haven't been on here in forever but want to give losing weight another try. I've gained back all the weight I've lost and more. I would love support from anyone but would like especially like tips from folks with arthritis,fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome.
I've sent my daughter off to college to start her on life's journey and now it's time to work on myself. Of course I would like to look better and not be asked if I'm pregnant anymore but I simply don't feel well like this
