Seem to be back on track weigh wise. Not there yet exercise, but it will come. Yesterday since I was off work with Travis running a fever for his ear infection, I finally was able to get our yard mowed. Only up at the barn and along the ditch at the road was too wet to be able to mow. Wow, what a difference it made too. Brad and I also pulled down vines that had started growing up well house and cleaned up some tin and stuff that had blown around from the storms. Now with the 90 degree days this week, maybe I can get up by the barn and ditches done this weekend.

BL Office weigh in went well. Lost my bloat gain plus some. Not enough to take back the lead yet, my boss, he lost 3.2 pounds! Men, just not fair. He's at 11% and I am at 10.65%. If I had lost just one more pound this week, I would have been back ahead. I have to work extra hard this week to take back the lead. Only 3 more weeks and the final weigh in will be TOM again. YUCK!!!!

My boss is down 28 pounds in 11 weeks, his wife 16.2 pounds. I have lost 19.6 pounds. Another guy in our office has lost 20 pounds. Our entire group of 9 has lost 114 pounds in 11 weeks. Not too bad. There is the $225 pot sitting there and I sure want it. I MUST GET TO EXERCISING!!! That has been my down fall, I know.

When it comes to weigh loss, being a guy has its advantages :) I can look at food and gain weight. My boss has just cut his portion sizes, limits breads and fried foods. No working out except for what he was already doing with feeding his cattle, etc. He is also 62. His goal is 200, he has less than 30 to go. He has lost in 11 weeks what it has taken me since January 5th to lose and that is with following a diet and exercise (well the last 3 weeks the exercise hasn't been quite there). We are very close. I think I can pull it out if I can keep up the loss. He has to pull bigger numbers each week than me b/c of his size, but so far he has been able to.
