Anyone interested? Slice zucchini into 4 strips lengthwise. Pat dry, lightly season, pan sear in olive oil 2-3 minutes per side. GLASS pan, sauce it, top it, bake it at 375 for about 15 minutes. Broil 2 minutes. Let cool…it’s lava!

Do you only use one layer of zucchini? Or do you layer this like a lasagna?

One layer…don’t pick too small of a zucchini, mine typically weigh about a half pound each and that diameter makes for a decent thickness.
