"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink;"

Oh how I wish I could live successfully by these words. And in a part I suppose I do. I do not worry where my next meal is coming from, but I do find myself worrying about how much I will consume.
During this last week my scale has been playing an early April Fool's joke on me by jumping back and forth one pound each day. So I'm up a pound, then I'm down a pound...all week. When my current goal is only 4 pounds away! So a quick "grrr" is necessary.
Looking outside, it's a rainy dreary day, but it's a day the Lord made, so rain, sleet, snow or sun, we shall be victorious! Have a blessed day all my FS friends!
