Feeling good today. Diverted from my Healthy Choice lunch and ate a gyro at work. Only ate half (no yogurt condiment only ketchup), which in itself was not bad. Pretty satisfied. However, that lamb is salty! I need a gallon of water!

I made it to they gym this morning for class, although a little late. My knee was really bothering me. Yesterday we had to do this jumping jack/ drop to the ground and kick your legs back while holding your self up with your arms. It put a lot of stress on my knees. Not sure if I was exaggerating (but my son did confirm) but my knee look a little swollen. I hope not though because that would really mess my workout and weight-loss up. Which always happens when I get into my weight-loss grove. I guess if it continues I will see a doctor.
