Ok I am a slacker. Yep I took a little break from my diet the past few days. Now don’t get me wrong I did it the correct way, ensuring I had the proper excuses and justifications for it all. Unfortunately those little pangs of guilt ruined my diet less bliss. So as of this morning I am back and ready for round two.
