Haven't been recording journal entries the last couple of days, but I've still been doing okay sticking to my other goals. I need to watch how much water I'm drinking. I've noticed I'm much more likely to eat too much, and I weigh more when I don't drink enough. Weigh in 216.6 @7:30am
