I completed my first BodyCombat class today, I've had such bad anxiety about going to the gym but absolutely loved this class, can't wait to go to the next one 💪

I used to do most of les mills classes. Body combat was my favourite. 🥊

Well done Hannah, gym anxiety is common and one of the biggest fears with gym goers but once your in the zone, you feel like no one can stop you. Congratulations on making that big step👏🏾
