Well. It would seem that I am on the verge of a plateau. I'm down 20lbs since February, but am still on a mission to drop 16 more lbs.

Headed to the beach this weekend...I'm SO glad I am at least 20 lbs. lighter. I just want to lose more before I hit the weights as I am terrified of bulking up.

if you start at a low level of strength training, u definitely won't bulk up. you'll just burn the fat faster and turn it into some muscle. it won't be bad!
