I made it to the gym for the second day in a row. Kinda proud of myself cuz I really do hate exercising, especially infront of others. If I keep up my attendance, I'm actually considering a personal training session to give me new ideas. Not to mention show me how to use some of the scary looking equipment.

That's great that you're still going! I always remember that when people look at me, they must be thinking, "Wow that girl is amazing, she can work out"... sounds kinda silly, but I always assume the 'skinny' people in the gym are upset, because relative to them, given my size, I'm making them look bad! LOL But yes, a trainer is great to explain the proper way to use the scary equipment, and it's definitely worth it, because the strength training stuff, really helps to build muscle!

I agree with Donhova, just making the effort to go is a big step, and must be celebrated! :) I usually find that the hardest part because once I'm there, it's a piece of cake to do the workout and then go home afterwards.

I would one day love to do a personal training session, but I've heard they're pricey. I bet if we did it just once, we would know what to do and be successful at the gym. You're doing fantastic at everything!!!
