Did good eating wise until dinner. Last night we had first coach pitch game out of town. Ended up having popcorn and snack pack of sun chips for dinner. Drank a slim fast at 4 on my way home, but sitting there at the game got the munchies. Bought the popcorn for my 2 year old, but of course ate some myself :)

I was down again on the scales this morning, so the bloat is starting to leave me. We'll see how well the office weigh in goes tomorrow. Hopefully I can be back to 165 again, but not sure I am going to quite make it.

No game or practice today. Planning beer butt chicken for dinner with sweet potato chips and brocolli. Husband and son will have ranch style beans and mashed potatos with theirs. Will eat small portion of chicken breast and then put away remaining to lunch the next day.

Today plans are to eat light, slim fast for breakfast, apple sauce for mid morning snack. For lunch eating 0 point WW soup. Then mid afternoon snack followed by dinner. Plan to eat hopefully by 7:30. Typically takes about an 1.5 hours to bake the chicken.

I also plan to spend lunch walking, brought my shorts and t-shirt to change into. I can get a good 45 minute walk in, with 15 minutes to cool down and re-dress to go back to work.

Well, that is my day! Looks great on paper. Just have to stick to it :)

it sounds like u have a great plan!! AND your choices last night really don't sound too bad. popcorn isn't crazy bad for u unless there's tons and tons of butter and salt on it. it sounds like u just did some picking.

good plan for today. i try to make plans for my day but they dont workout..lol..its hard having kids and not wanting to pick at their snacks. although my son is enjoying my snacks as well. i hope your plans go well for you today!

The popcorn was microwave butter act. I normally have the mini bag, but this was a full size bag. My husband and 2 year old ate some, I might have ended up with 1/2 the bag. Figured better than the nachos :) The sun chips was pure out of the munchies desire. Made the kids spagetti o's so they could eat before the game and fixed my husband bbq sandwich and grabbed snack size chips my in-laws brought this weekend. I grabbed the sun chips to eat. Have to get a better plan to baseball season. This is our first year to play league. We've done t-ball the past two years, but just Normangee against Normangee. This year is coach pitch and we travel to towns in the county. Next week, 2 games at 5 about 40 miles from our house, which is 80 miles from work since I work 40 miles from home. We play at 5. That may end up being pizza days. I need to stock up on the South Beach Pizza for me. They are actually good, to me. I try to eat those when we have pizza night with a salad.

Popcorn is not a bad choice, especially in comparison to what you could have had... or rather what you know we would have ate prior to changing our lives! Last night I made a homemade pizza and it was so very filling I only ate one piece at 190 calories. Get the recipe off of eatbetteramerica.com I love that site now.

They have awesome recipes on that site. I have printed many of them and started my recipe notebook.
