I find that when I am not working at my job I have a really hard time following a plan. Since I was off an extra day it throws everything off. I tried eating the same stuff yesterday that I normally would eat on a weekday. Then I splurged later in the day. I need structure. I spent hours yesterday working in my gardens and on housework after Sunday where I discovered that I had a caffeine withdrawal headache. I have to gradually wean myself off dependence on that nasty stuff. I went so long without it and then added it back in. Big mistake. Now I have to break that cycle again.

You can do it! I am not a coffee drinker, but my friends who are say it takes at least two weeks to feel anywhere near normal after stopping caffeine. Also, did you try having a larger, more protein - filled breakfast? Looking at your journal today- it doesn't seem to be enough to refuel after sleeping all night. Or, if you're truly not a breakfast eater, maybe starting with the snack but having protein no later than two hours later?
