Don't want to quit p90x but my back won't quit hurting. I am seeing results not as much as I would like but 2 inches around my waist and 5lb almost 6 in 6weeks. I am also noticing definition in my waist and legs. but hurt my back two weeks ago doing chest,shoulders and triceps and it is still acting up. It starts to feel better and then hurts again. or in the morning I will be fine and then by the end of the day it is so tired and achy that I don't want to pick up my 1.5 year old,which isn't an option. Sometimes I work out anyway but my form suffers and I am actually not doing the ab ribber at all. I didn't have this trouble last time but I used the recovery drink but it's went up and I hate to pay $50 for it now. I quess I just see if it gets better and keep pushing play for now. if not.. just wait and see

I hope you feel better. Maybe you should take it easy for a couple of days to see if you feel better, then start back up where you left off, don't hurt yourself more. I never got the recovery drink because of the $50 price tag. That's a little ridiculous for me. I have arthritis in my knees and sometimes I'm where you are and keep pushing play even if it hurts (I don't have kids to carry around though, mine are too big). I hope your back gets better, don't overdo it. Good luck.
