Good morning!
After 3 days off from exercise I was back in the gym with my group training class. Weight training and then cardio...whew sounds easier than it was. It was all good though. When you see the weight come off of you at the end of the week it gives you motivation to come back the next week...we are so gullible! HA!
Trying to eat a good breakfast and my healthy choice type lunch in case dinner goes crazy!! Wish me luck!
Going to NYC at the end of the week so I need to be as good as possible before then! (ok and somewhat during!) Again, wish me luck!
