I'm on vacation and haven't had access to a good scale in a few days. I finally did get to weight myself this morning. To my surprise, I have reached a new ten year low. Now if I can only hold it down for a week in a row. I'm going to adjust my goal another five pounds. I could not have done it without GOD, you guys and Fatsecret. I tell all my friends who are trying to loose weight about this site.
