Going to not log my food this week and see what happens. I think I am at the point where I want to tone but not really lose much more weight. Can you tone while not trying to lose? Going to keep logging my exercise to keep a mental reminder of how much I am burning and still watch what I eat. We will see if I remain the same, lose, or gain weight on the scale on Friday
