So I got the swelling in my foot down yesterday and I was so excited. However this morning it is back, soo frustrating. To top it off I ate crappy all weekend I know my next weigh in is going to suck.

All foot injuries suck! I feel helpless when I can't run, it drives me nuts.. :-/ All I can do is substitute with some other activity - bike, swim or walk.. Take it easy on the foot and let it heal. Try not to pig out too ;)

I am trying but my remaining fat cells are crying for chips and fries and cheese burgers! I am going to stay strong! I will I will.
