Not sure I could limit myself to one plate.

I know, it 8s hard! The way I'm doing it is 1 cup of Pasta for lunch (not for dinner), and 1/2 cup of rice when I eat it, I used to eat a lot more. This way I don't leave behind the food I like. Also, eating a lot of vegetables to get full :)
