Hi, super easy and very yum!
Minced beef (made how ever you like) - I added the el Pasa tacos meat seasoning, garlic & onions
Fat free ottage cheese
Low fat white cheddar
Rice paper
Egg
You slighly dampen the rice paper with warm water, then you fill with your ingredients
Wrap them up like a wrap all tight
Egg wash and pop in the air fryer or in the oven for 10 min - flip have way to get them nice and crispy
Mine broke open cause in forgot to spray the air fryer and they got a little stuck - but worked out cause it created a pocket for my guacamoele 😄
