Decided to go to the park yesterday with a friend and walk/jog w/ the dogs. I thought since it had been so long since I had ran it would be a lot tougher, but I wasn't winded, my leg muscles actually tired out running uphill...which I have never experienced before, I made it but had rubber legs. Once I get back in the swing of things it will get easier and easier. I'm gonna add strength training in after a week or two of getting back into running.
