So restarting weight loss journey as I'm now 5 months post surgery and leg frame will be coming off next month. I have gained just under 2 stone Using the excuse of not being able to exercise is feeble as I have been gradually walking more and more and have had no trouble exercising my mouth!!
Will be getting back on a spinning bike as soon as I get this contraption off.
Hoping to drop 2 stone by April ready for nephews wedding...fingers crossed.
86.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
