Iv just weighed 50g walnuts out n eaten them thinking nuts are good for u, 345cals have I done that right could of eaten my tea again it was less than that 😭😭

Hi, yes they are calorific, and not totally ideal if you are after a calorie deficit, however, nuts are super good for you, for the oils and fibre, 50g nuts is a perfect amount to have at a time 👍🏻👏🏻

awwww yes high in fat nuts are but good say ten walnuts. now and again

I was trying to go for nuts for nutrition, but found that they provide lot of fat and calories and I had that heavy feeling after them playing with hunger. So, because I like nibble now and than, I had to find substitute. Now when watching movies in the evenings am munching fresh baby spinach leaves, raw kale or fresh cucumber. Those can be eaten in tons without impact to weight. Leaf celery or fennel also are ok - fresh and give that sativity kick when you can not eat anything more but also really didn't had much 😁🙃
