Going thru a low spot lately. Just don't seem to care much bout anything. I haven't wanted to exercise but do want to eat. I thought I would gain a little get up and go as I lost weight and worked towards a healthier life. Instead I have been exhausted from the time I pry myself out of bed to the time I fling myself back into it. Hoping I can get past this low spot soon before I end up throwing in the towel on improving my life.

Oh Oscar if I could gve you a small hug I would. I don't know you but snooped on your wall and you are already down 30 lbs!! That is awesome. You just need some remotivation. How about reread you previous posts or your profile. It also sounds like you should review your food journal. Are you eating to many carbs, getting enough vitamins and protein. Do you need a quick check up at Doctors? You sound very tired. Is it the weather? Force yourself to go on small walk and write down how you feel when you are finished. Then next time you are feeling low reread the note and it might help motivate you. I am not trying to be lecturous.... These are tools/tricks that I use on myself. Hope it helps. PS...I am looking at the graph to my right... Your wight history and all I see is it going down!!! You can do it just keep at it!!!

I hope getting out did you some good. I feel kind of the same way, and I think the time of year plays a part. I notice that as the seasons change from winter to spring, my family and I can get irritable, tired, and kind of blue. Spring fever is a real thing. We get this way as we transition in to winter too. In a couple of weeks, it usually passes. Reading your post makes me wonder if I'm suffering a little bit of this change of weather blues as well. I hadn't thought of that before reading your post. WTG on your weigth loss efforts!

So this happens to me too, but try to remember the day when you first started your weight loss journey. Remember when you just wished you could lose 10 pounds, and then you did. Remember how you felt when you lost 15 then 20 and eventually 30 pounds. Find something that weighs 30 pounds and pick it up ... you've actually lost that much weight! GREAT job!!!! I am just starting again and would love to be in your shoes ... 30 pounds lighter!
