15 more pounds to go to reach my goal! I can do it. I started running several times a week and that has really helped me lose the weight a little faster. At the end of the day though it is still what I eat that determines if i lose weight or not. Eating is still what is at the core of losing weight for me and exercise is a plus but not a substitute for eating healthy. I'm even thinking of signing up for a half marathon for sometime in November. We'll see.
