Literally cannot remember the last time I was a size 12 💪

india467 it really is the basic exercise and eat healthy motto, I make sure I do one form of exercise daily, I weigh everything and count calories which seems like a chore but it really helps to keep track of what you're eating, my calorie intake was 1500 to begin with but eat between 1500-1800 now that I'm In a good place. Also allow yourself to have cheat meals and snacks and don't feel like you need to avoid carbs because I've eaten them daily and still lose, its just about quantity on a plate. Everyone is different but literally increasing exercise and dropping calorie intake has been key to losing weight.

@Hannah202020 thanks! That gives me comfort that I'm on the right track. I was using Noom before and it set my calorie limit to 1200, but with the amount I exercise and "listening" to my body, 1700 seems about right. 1200 was painfully low ..

india467 from what I've read toddlers should eat 1200 calories a day 😱 all I'd say is just stick with it and make little changes here and there if needed. Some weeks my weight doesn't change and it's very disheartening but then the following week boom 💥 it comes off.
