I have been on this diet for five weeks and have lost fourteen pounds. Over the past nine days I have only lost one pound so I have decided to keep track of my carbs more carefully and include my calories to see if I can loose a little faster.
I am beginning a more faithful exercise program; walking 2-4 miles at least 3 to 4 days a week and using my exercise bike on the other days. It could be my weight is showing the increase of muscle, which weighs more, since I have begun exercising more.
