Ha Ha Ha. I've done the same thing before. I quit having a certain kind of junk food and then 3 months later I just have to eat it...just to find out it isn't as great as I remembered or anticipated. Then, I beat myself up for wasting my calories on it.

Oh gosh, know the feel... Had the same thing happen. The worst thing is that you beat yourself up, but I try to distract myself in order not to do that
