Positive thoughts....Down one more pound and one inch in the belly. Blood pressure is good. That's all I can come up with right now. I read Dawn001's post on the science of positive thinking and how thoughts trigger chemicals, so I am trying to change my thought pattern this morning. I think my problem is that I let other people's negative comments get inside my head.
