So I didn't do so well foodwise yesterday. But once I put all my food in, it wasn't as bad as I thought!! Only a little over! These hormones have immediately decided to kick my ass! Given that I have very recently come into more stress beyond my control, it still feels like wow...PMS got nothin' on this!
