Was able to track my weight from medical records over theast few years...big eye opener. From 2005 to 2007 my weight ballooned from 208 to 225, my all time HIGH, but of course it had crept up for years. I was having EXTREME job/unemployment problems so that does show me that STRESS is my trigger, as well as boredom.
