Sounds delicious! I read your profile and you're doing great. I do CICO, no forbidden foods, 1500-1600 calories, lots of fresh fruits, veggies and proteins (meat, poultry, seafood, etc). If I want something outrageously high in calories, I use the three-bite rule, 3 normal bites, each slowly savored. Good luck on your journey! 💜💚💛

I throw baby spinach in my smoothie. It’s so mild, you really can’t taste it but the health benefits is over the top!

@ Chow Moore: I had thought about adding some spinach when I was making it! I'll try some with tomorrow's drink! @ Shirfleur1: My goal was to stick to around 1200- 1500, but since I've had to cut back on my Carb intake to 80-90g a day, I've been eating around 800-900 calories. I know that's not very healthy in the long run, so I'm working on finding some foods to get around the carb issue while still meeting my calorie goal...Eggs, meat, and spinach I guess lol!

@ shirfleur1: No, I'm not doing Keto. I have PCOS, which causes insulin resistance in my body. So I have to eat below a certain number of carbs to keep my body from storing it as fat, while also eating enough to not start Ketosis.
