Down 2 pounds. But believe me I still ate yesterday just not the bullshit. Also it’s not a good idea maybe to weigh yourself every single day and worry about it because hormones and things like that obviously cause fluctuations. I’m not on my period. So I was thinking worst-case scenario. I am continuing to eat right and I’m doing my fourth day in a row for 30 minutes on Thr resistance bike. Let’s go!
