After a month off the diet I have gained 4 pounds, this has got to stop or I am on a slippery slope upwards instead of downwards. Away this weekend on holiday but watch this space from Monday, I am definitely going to get myself back on track. If I lost 2 stone before I can do it again, wish me luck or better still wish me strong will power.
