There is not much change in my weight. I am proud, not discouraged. I am having major surgery on the 29th with a recovery of 4-6 weeks. At this time all I want to do is maintain my weight. I will be returning to my workouts after my recovery. I have been doing cardiovascular exercise of swimming, walking, and bicycling. Also, I have been eating mainly mediterranean salads with a lot of protein (chicken, eggs, and meat slices).
