Ok, I'm starting this again. No more yo yo dieting. I'm in this for life! I'm starting Monday (so I have time to buy groceries) a change in lifestyle to include "metabolism boosting" foods with lots of spice. I love spicy food coming from Cajun Country. Maybe that's how I stayed skinny for over 20 years. We put cayenne pepper on everything but dessert! So the first 20+ pounds came off easier, I think my plateaus are because of my drastic changes in diet from low cal to South beach to vegetarian. This madness has to stop. :) Overall I'm excited about revving up the old metabolism through great spicy food and the interval training I'm already doing. Let's do this. I'm pumped up now. I think I'll start a challenge. Lose 40 pounds by Labor Day Weekend! YEAH!
