Ok...so now i'm trying low carb and intermitten fasting (two days per week). Smh. This weight has got to go somehow.

If that 2 days per week doesn't work, try cutting out breakfast and eat lunch and dinner and then fast until the next lunch again (7 days a week). Just a suggestion.

Good suggestion, C6. Thank you. For now, the intermitten fasting appears to be working. I lost a little more than 2lbs this week.
