Afraid to get on scale and fail even though I have followed the program to the best of my ability. I dont feel as if my pants are any looser but they r not tighter. Reading the book and getting into it. Have some ideas how I could improve weight loss if i still am at a stall by the end of week. Not crazy about eliminating the 1 Atkins bar I have a day and the 1 shake. I really look forward to them. Still concerned about the amount of fat I'm eating. Been on a fat restricted diet for decades and this is an enormous shift. I hope this works for me.
