Brokoli rebus biasa.
Tahu dimarinasi pakai saus tiram trus di grill sampai kecoklatan.
Aku pakai ayam 150 gr bagian dada.
Resep marinasi ayam :
2 siung bawang putih dicacah kecil.
air jeruk nipis secukupnya.
1 sdm kecap manis.
sedikit lada bubuk.
1 sdm saus tiram.
1 sdm saus sambal pedas.
Diamkan dalam kulkas minimal 1 jam,m
Kemudian grill sampai kecoklatan.
