Good Morning everyone!
Thank you for all the support and feedback, much appreciated.

Loosing weight is frustrating especially after a week of heavy restrictions and you feel so good about yourself, just to see absolutely no shift on the scale.

So i'm banishing my scale for a while and will focus on how good i already feel and won't allow this machine to make me feel any other way.

It's been a very good weekend, experimented with a few new Atkins recipes, which are all out of this world and low carb..yummy.

And it is very true what "inn3rs3lf" said, after whole day consuming just under of just over 1000 i'm stuffed.

But i must also mention that i do think stress plays a huge part in our weight. i don't know where this weight comes from, as i have never in my life been a big eater. But am currently going through a divorce, but try my best not to allow this to consume me.

After i turned 30 i noticed a change and now after 35 an even bigger change so i feel slightly sorry for my future self. ha ha In my 20's i was extremely active and loved it...now i get bored so quickly.

But the positive thing...summer is creepy closer and that makes me happy, i can finally go out and walk with my dog for miles. So will find different ways to make it more exciting.

So it was a nice active weekend.

Being more active will be my main priority now to see what a difference that will make.
