Woke up VERY puffy today, but I weighed my all-time-low (162.5) so perhaps there's some progress here. OTOH, my TOM is coming up soon, so perhaps that may have something to do with it.
Yesterday I had 8 cups water, 2 cups milk, 3 cups iced tea.
