progres ada macem-macem bentuknya. setelah setahun fokus Fatloss only, dengan beban yg gk ditambah (cuma nambah jam aja untuk endurance nya), akhirnya baru belajar nambah beban seminggu ini. itupun formnya masih banyak yg harus dibenerin suami..

pantesan sya setiap 3 hari latihan naik beban, timbangan ga turun tapi baju agak longgar
